DEPOSiTS.

Deposits are required to secure your appointment and ensure our team is fairly compensated for their time. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Tattoo Deposits - You will be asked to pay 50% of the tattoo price.

  • Piercing Deposits - You will be asked to pay 50% of the piercing price.

 

Payment Options

We aim to make the deposit process as convenient as possible. You can choose from the following methods:

  1. Request a payment link via email.

  2. Pay online using the provided link.

  3. Visit the shop to pay via cash or card.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to friends, family, or others. However, they can be used for other services for yourself if necessary.

  • If you provide us with minimum 3 days notice, we are happy to carry your deposit over to a new appointment.

  • Deposits can be carried over twice, after this the deposit will be deemed invalid.

When Deposits May Be Lost

Unfortunately, deposits may be forfeited under the following circumstances:

  1. Cancelling with less than 3 business days notice.

  2. Cancelling without scheduling a new appointment.

  3. Not showing up for your appointment.

  4. Arriving late for your appointment, as this may affect our ability to serve you properly and can cause disruption to other appointments.

  5. Rescheduling your appointment more than twice.

  6. ​Not rescheduling your appointment within 6 months after cancelling.

Drawing Fee

A drawing fee of £40/hour may be charged where applicable.

Tattoo Design Changes

We kindly ask that you provide minimum 3 days notice if any drastic changes are made to the tattoo design.

 

Any changes made after this point will result in paying the full amount for the booked appointment time, as well as a drawing free, if applicable.
